From the first call to finished photographs in four steps
You focus on selling the property; I take care of the images. The process is designed to deliver photographs quickly and to a consistent standard.
We talk
Tell me about the property and what you need the images to do. We agree on the scope and shoot date based on the property and the material you need.
The shoot
Shoots take one to three hours, depending on the size of the property. I use natural light and professional equipment without artificial staging. The aim is to capture the character and strongest angles of each room.
Editing
Every image is professionally edited, with perspective correction, balanced lighting, calibrated colour and careful scene clean-up. The finished photographs are ready to present the property at its best.
Delivery
You receive high-resolution photographs and web-optimised versions in 48–72 hours, depending on the package. They are ready for property portals, social media and your own website. I also include versions prepared for social media.
