Alberto Zaldívar
Property photographer specialising in Marbella and the Costa del Sol luxury market
Background
20 years as a photographer, eight in property photography
I’m Alberto Zaldívar. I have worked as a professional photographer for 20 years and specialised in property photography for the past eight.
I have photographed around 350 properties on the Costa del Sol, from apartments to villas. In every shoot, I use light and composition to show the space clearly and faithfully.
My background in advertising and portraiture helps me understand what estate agents, developers and owners need. I know how international buyers search for property and how to present yours clearly.
I photograph each property myself and review the material before delivery. I check the selection, light, colour and perspective so the images present the property naturally and accurately.
My approach
Editorial quality with a commercial purpose
Every shoot begins with a detailed brief. I want to understand the property, its light, its best angles and the buyers you hope to reach. I use professional equipment and personally review the selection, light, colour and perspective before delivery.
My style aims to show architecture and detail naturally and clearly, without distorting the space.
I also advise on preparing the property and provide images optimised for property portals, social media and print. My aim is to help your listing stand out and generate enquiries.
