Compositions that explain the layout, with perspective correction to keep architectural lines natural.
Drone extra from €80
Aerial photography and video are subject to flight feasibility and required permissions. I check the location before confirming the price and date.
Advanced editorial editing
Individual editing of each image: balanced light, colour, perspective and small distractions in the scene.
Photography in the best light
We plan the main shoot around the property’s orientation. A second sunset session can be added for 50% of the chosen package price.
Delivery for your channels
I prepare images for property portals and websites. If you need specific sizes or files for a brochure or publication, we can define them in the quote.

Initial consultation
We discuss the property, its key spaces, the intended buyer and your sales goals. I then plan a shoot around them.
Preparation and lighting plan
We agree on how to prepare the rooms and schedule the main shoot around the property’s orientation.
Professional shoot
The length of the shoot depends on the size of the property. I photograph interiors and exteriors; drone footage and a dusk session can be added as extras.
Editorial editing
Advanced editing includes HDR blending, perspective correction, colour balance, scene clean-up and selective retouching. Each image is treated individually.
Complete package delivery in 5–7 working days
You receive the material in your chosen package, in the agreed formats for websites, portals and other planned uses.
