📸 Optional extras

  • Aerial drone footage from €80 extra
    Aerial photography and video are available as an extra for all property types, including luxury villas. Subject to flight feasibility and required permissions. Share the location in advance so I can confirm the price and date.
  • Twilight / sunset shoot +50%
    A second shoot at sunset, with interior and exterior lights on, including the façade, garden and pool.

No. The prices shown exclude 21% VAT, which will be added to the invoice.

Travel within Marbella, Estepona, Málaga and the Costa del Sol is included. Ask for a quote for locations outside this area.

A 30% deposit reserves your shoot date, especially in high season. The balance is due when the photographs are delivered. I accept bank transfer, Bizum or cash.

Yes. Ask for a tailored price. A full package covering interiors and exteriors offers better value.

You can reschedule at no extra cost with at least 24 hours’ notice.
