How I plan a hotel photography shoot
Brief and objectives
I review the property, its facilities and room types, where the images will appear and your commercial priorities.
Production plan
We agree on the shot list, lighting schedule, room access, styling, food, restricted areas and any staff or models needed.
Shoot on site
I work carefully with composition, light, lines and details. The shoot fits around hotel operations to minimise disruption.
Selection and editing
I select the most useful images, correct perspective and colour, balance the series and apply natural retouching that respects the real materials and atmosphere.
Organised delivery
You receive high resolution files and versions prepared for web and social media, clearly named so your team can find each image.

Can we photograph the whole hotel in one shoot?
Yes. We can plan a full shoot. The time needed depends on the size of the property, the number of room types, dining facilities and any additional content.
Can we use the images on Booking.com and other platforms?
Yes. Delivery can include high resolution files and versions prepared for booking platforms, your website, Google, social media, presentations and campaigns.
Can you work while the hotel is open?
Yes. We agree on access, timings and priorities to make the most of the light while keeping disruption to a minimum.
Do you also offer video and aerial photography?
Yes. Depending on the project, I can include video, vertical content, virtual tours and aerial images. Drone flights follow the applicable rules and safety requirements.
