How much does a property photographer cost in Marbella? The price depends on the property and the material you need. These are Marbella Property Photo’s published 2026 rates for photography and complete photo and video packages.

1. What does a property photographer cost in Marbella?
The table shows the published 2026 Basic and Complete package prices. Basic includes horizontal photographs; Complete adds vertical material and video according to the property type. All prices exclude VAT.

The Basic package starts at €120 for a studio. Luxury villas start at €450. Delivery depends on the package: from 48 hours for basic shoots to 5–7 working days for a luxury villa Complete package. For Airbnb and holiday rentals, request a quotation based on the property and material needed.
2. Optional extras and their prices
Extras are quoted in addition to the selected package. These are the published terms:
- Drone: aerial photography and video from +€80, including for luxury villas. Subject to flight feasibility and authorisations.
- Twilight shoot: a second shoot at sunset costs 50% extra on the chosen package.
The final price depends on the package, selected extras and flight feasibility if you request drone work. Include the location and property type when asking for an exact quotation.
3. Volume rates for agencies and property managers
For agencies and property managers with repeat work, these are the published volume rates:
- 3 or more shoots per month: 10% discount.
- 5 or more shoots per month: 15% discount.
- 12 shoots paid for in advance: 25% discount.
Discounts depend on the volume and agreed terms. Confirm the package and number of shoots before booking.
4. Is travel across the Costa del Sol included?
Travel is included within the published coverage area: Marbella, Estepona, Málaga and the rest of the Costa del Sol. Ask about travel charges for other locations. Compare quotations by image count, video, delivery time and included extras.
Tip: compare complete, recent shoots and specific deliverables. The number of images, formats for portals and social media, turnaround and planned use will help you choose the right package.
5. Frequently asked questions about prices
Is VAT included?
No. Published prices exclude 21% VAT, which is added to the invoice.
Are there travel charges?
Travel is included in Marbella, Estepona, Málaga and the rest of the Costa del Sol. Ask for a quotation for locations outside this area.
How do I pay?
A 30% deposit reserves the date. The balance is due on delivery. Ask for the payment details when booking.
Can I book only exteriors or only interiors?
Yes. Ask for a tailored quotation for an interiors-only or exteriors-only shoot.
What if I need to change the date?
You can reschedule at no extra charge with at least 24 hours’ notice.
6. Is professional property photography worth the cost?
Professional photographs can show a property’s layout, light and details clearly across property portals, websites and social media. Commercial results depend on the property, asking price, marketing and local demand. Choose the package that covers the material you need.
